surprisingly great stay!
easy buscomfy bedsmart tv
the bus to the airport was very easy from the hotel. the bed was amazing and so comfy. the tv was a smart tv, a nice feature. the restaurant food, it was delicious, yes it was!
the queue for check in was long when i arrived.

the hotel is situated conveniently with public transportation to the airport. buses are easily accessible, so guests experience a short ride to their terminals. this makes catching early morning or late-night flights less stressful.

The staff at the reception was friendly. The room was a double room, and it included a comfortable bed. The restaurant provided good meal options and attentive service.
The hotel location required a bus that costs money each way. The ac only goes down to 16c. Windows cannot open so you cannot get any fresh air in the room.

The staff members were polite. They were helpful getting me to the airport. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items. It provided a lot of choice.
The room I stayed in was next to the elevator. This. It was noisy, and the vibrations from the elevator caused the room to shake every time it was used.

fantastic stay near heathrow!

the room had a very modern feel, and it was nice and clean i really liked it. the staff was attentive i could ask them anything. the hotel's proximity to the airport was especially convenient, given i needed to catch an early flight, the shuttle service was so convenient!
the entrance was slightly difficult to find as it was located at the back of the hotel.

dinner was good, and breakfast included ample selections i really enjoyed it. the breakfast service starts early, at 6 am, a detail that helped me a lot. the hotel also has pizza that is good.

The front desk staff extended a warm greeting i felt welcomed. the staff promptly booked a taxi for me and it arrived on time. the staff was polite and friendly. They provided directions and information. also the front desk personal helped me with requests.

The big spacious room included a king size bed i found it comfortable. the bathroom provided a powerful shower. It also featured a good range of toiletries. the room was also very quiet even the hotel being very close to the airport.

the hotel offers shuttle services from the airport via bus 122, the stop is convenient. proximity to heathrow terminal 5 provides easy access, which simplified my travel. the public transport connections here are very easy to find!

The king size bed was great, and i liked that the airport shuttle was very convenient. It only took five minutes to the terminal.
the lift felt unsafe and old. the lobby looked modern but the rest of the hotel reminded me of an outdated 80s hotel. i ordered a drink at the bar and they added a service charge to my bill, then questioned me repeatedly when i asked them to remove it.
